Do you have a friend, relative, or spouse who is wounded and needs to experience the healing hand of God? Be careful not to be judgmental of how long it takes that person to find healing. Instead, become a prayer partner in the process. Ask God to guide them through the journey of healing. Offer to help find the right counselor or program to further their progress.
Ultimately, it is their decision to step out and do what it takes to receive inner healing. Don’t stop praying, don’t stop giving words of encouragement, and don’t give up! You may be the key God uses to unlock the trauma of their past. Proverbs 18:24 says, “But there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.” Be that friend to those who are hurting and broken.

If you are the one who is looking for healing, this word is for you too! Don’t give up on God; your answer could be around the next corner! Find a friend or pastor who would be willing to continue to pray with you until your healing is complete.
